4 months ago I have investigated the possibilities when the BAR window is hidden.

- in general it seems like that all sounds/ rendering is disabled when the window is minimized/ hidden

- maybe there is a way around that

- SDL_RaiseWindow
- could be implemented and tried, but might not work correctly
- (still) not possible due to SDL_FlashWindow not being available yet

notification may be a) play a sound b) bring chobby to front c) blink in task bar
