Pull alsalib and pyliblo out, fork and submit pull requests #168

There are important but small changes in my copies of alsalib and pyliblo which should be pushed upstream. I think the way to do this is to fork/patch/pull-request them, and update the mfp repo to checkout these modules separately.

Removed forked pyliblo; created PR https://github.com/ppaez/alsaseq/pull/1 for alsaseq. Closing this ticket.
