Web based episode authoring tool #23

Create a web tool that allows the creation, editing and preview of episodes. Tool will not have audio editing features, just editing the slide content.

This tool will have it's on repo, but I've created an issue here to log it and begin any discussion until we are ready to start writing code.

Just checking if this is the issue mapped to 'Episode upload and sequence editing interface - basic' in our plan? At this stage we just need a way to 'create' a new series (one per language), create a new episode (with any metadata like title, ep number), and a way to upload the audio file and the JSON file.
