It would be nice to deploy things with a description parameter for when a variable name just doesn't cut it!

Could you expand on this with an example? @lfshr

@stvnrs It's a feature of Azure to support a description, so I feel we should support it too. It would be useful for credentials that struggle to have descriptive names.
