In the meantime I've tested the lightmapper and found that even after adding Gi Area light bouncing feature doesn't work. I tried everything and it just don't want to change what it's already doing well. It correctly sets the vertex colors and standard lighting looks okay. I haven't used the demo scenes, but will do it for sure! I didn't go deeper as I wasn't sure about the license. I tried to implement GI for my own with some success, but stopped, because working terrain editor is much more important than lighting. I'll go back after I'll test the demo scene if GI works or not.
