Currently, all the extra data modals are populated server side when rendering the timeline event list.

This is fine for small data, but especially in the SODAR use case the data might be quite sizeable.

This should be changed to work like other modals in SODAR Core:

Bumping this to milestone 0.7.1. This is definitely needed for the editor config stuff I'm currently doing for SODAR.
