JS errors from toggleSidebar() #970

Varfish apparently has problems with projectroles.js regarding the sidebar resizing, resulting in a window.sidebar.is is not a function error.

Probably this happens if executing the code when the sidebar has not yet been properly loaded. So far I've been unable to reproduce here.

I did some refactoring for oddities in the code which may be the cause here, unsure as I can't reproduce this locally.

Setting this as "ongoing" and monitoring the situation.
