Add SAMS integration to samplesheets

Spec

• Integrate SAMS querying in the Sample Sheets app via an iframe
  • Test first that the iframe solution works, there SHOULD not be an issue embedding it in a modal via vue.js
• Allow pasting phenopacket data from SAMS back into the sample sheets
• TBD: How to integrate data pasted from the generated results?
  • SAMS contains ontology terms from multiple ontologies, which are usually handled as separate columns
  • Have this as a row-specific functionality and paste into multiple cells at once?
  • OR, introduce a specific column type for this and paste all into that?
  • OR, allow both of the above?

Initially we can start by simply linking "external links" IDs to SAMS. See #1475.
