File count/size badge displayed for DELETED zones as superuser #1866

When logged in as superuser, the file count/size badge is shown for landing zones with the DELETED status. This should of course be hidden, just like it is for regular users.

Fixed. Need to still add tests to assert this but ran out of time today, will do so in #1861.
