Add Inline linking:

[x] PROCESS: * method file > MiscFiles
[x] PROCESS: Log file > ResultsReports
[x] MATERIAL: Derived data file > ResultsReports
[x] Use SIMPLE_LINK_TEMPLATE for existing raw data file linking
