Not sure why these are missing. It would be useful for an admin (that's me) to not have to log in to the production server shell to verify these.
Settings to add:
TASKFLOW_IRODS_CONN_TIMEOUT
TASKFLOW_LOCK_RETRY_COUNT
TASKFLOW_LOCK_RETRY_INTERVAL
Done.
