Grant contributors and guests read access to all landing zones within project #1935

Related to #1934, this was proposed by @holtgrewe. It makes sense to me.

This will require a bit more work, hence the separate ticket. We'll need to:

  1. Control the iRODS collection access in taskflows, but also
  2. Change how landing zones of other users are made visible to the users.

Not a major effort though. This can be done simultaneously with #1934. Again, I'll write a full spec after the holidays.

Note: This would make #57 redundant so once we do this, that one should be closed.
