The (very old) minimal test ISA-Tab files i_minimal and i_minimal2 contain an invalid measurement type value.
The value is given as exome sequencing assay, when it should be exome sequencing. To properly test with the correct assay plugin, these need to be renamed.
Needless to say, we should also review the ISA-Tab test data policies, introduce more recent and realistic examples and maybe not commit these to the repo as zip archives (XZ any1?) ..but that's for another day and another ticket.
