Similar to bihealth/sodar-core#1446, we should squash migrations to speed things up and remove the unnecessary clutter of migration files.
This should be done at the tail end of preparing the release.
The kept migration files should be removed in v1.1 with a breaking change note. There will be a separate issue for that.
