Include LDAP settings in admin_settings.rst #1988

Currently these are only documented in the admin_install.rst doc, which only gives a brief overview of setting up the LDAP. We should have a reference for each setting in this doc, as we do with other settings.

Tagging this for v1.0.0, instead of v0.15.1, as I'm doing a lot of documentation updates in #1922 and want to save myself the hassle of merge conflicts ;)

Done by linking specifically to the LDAP settings in SODAR Core docs. Also did the same for OIDC settings while I was at it.
