Some updates will be needed:

Update to Python v3.11 image
Ensure system dependencies are correct
Verify whether GIT_SSH_COMMAND is still needed
- At least the comment should be changed :)

Currently builds without errors, but I'm keeping the issue open until I've ensured everything works as expected in docker env & staging.

Things to be on the lookout for:

The Docker image seems to be working fine when run in a local environment. No Whitenoise problems and the celery workers also don't raise any errors.

I'll still test in staging before closing this issue, just in case.
