Use constants in timeline event status updating #2010

These were introduced recently in SODAR Core. Should be used in this repo as well instead of typo-prone strings.

Low-brainpower-task, will do when I need a bit of a break from the serious tickets.

That time was now, as I needed a breather from the iRODS 4.3 debugging. Done.
