Quickly filling staging instance with data #623

It would be nice if we had an automated way to fill the staging instance with data. This could be a command. Possible ways to generate include having some fixture to import or using factory boy.

I've thought of this very same thing. Would also be useful for fresh development environments. Maybe something to add to the sodar_devtools project.
