Add unit ontology support in sheet editor #963

What it says on the tin. It was agreed to postpone this to a subsequent release.

Enable editing units as ontology term references
Add a management command or a migration script to update existing unit references

Postponing, as this has only been requested by one user and this release is getting huge already. Also, this should be done together with #889.

There have been more questions about unit ontology support lately. The prioritization of this should be discussed.

I want to second this feature request. While SI units probably do not need any ontology qualification, more obscure units such as "bp" or "packyears" can benefit from it.
