how to get the W and H matrices? #1

Hello, I am trying SUITOR to extract signatures from cancer mutational catalogs. However, the "rec" object that is created after running the suitor() function, does not have any information on the W and H matrices (signature-profiles and their weights). Could you please tell me how can get those two matrices? Currently, I am only getting the statistics and the suggested rank.

Hi, Thanks for your comment. It took us some time to make a major revision of the SUITOR package. The current User Guide (https://github.com/binzhulab/SUITOR/blob/master/User_Guide_SUITOR.pdf) includes a section about how to extract signature profiles and activities.
