Looks like the dev team hardcoded the footer => https://github.com/biodiversitydata-se/biologging-sensor-client/blob/main/biologging-sensor-data/src/components/Footer.tsx

Maybe to be checked with ASV Portal to know how they proceeded. Do they have an automatized way of updating the footer/header ? I'll get in touch with Maria P.
