Deletion of nodes and edges #11

One should be able to delete selected nodes and/or edges. This could be done on:
1) Edit (new menu item after File) > Delete Selected
2) Clicking "Delete" button
This should call CW's associated function, which in turn remove the selected 
nodes/edges from the view and the model (i.e. when the model is saved as 
sbgn-ml, we shouldn't see the deleted nodes/edges).

1) The menu item should not say "Hide Selected" since this might be misleading 
(can bring it back?)

2) Can "Delete" be used to do the same thing as a short-cut?
