Hi! I came here via https://forum.image.sc/t/bioimageit-open-source-software-for-integration-of-data-management-with-analysis/60576/4, it looks like a really interesting project!

I noticed the README links to https://gitlab.inria.fr/bioimage-it/package.git, which says "This repository is obsolete".

Hi,

Thanks for pointing this out ! This repository were not up to date with the lattest BioImageIT version, and the notebooks were not working anymore. We fixed this in the last commit.
