BioImagePy Tutorial

This package contains python notebooks tutorials to learn using the BioImageIT API (bioimageit_core).

Installation

To run BioImageIT API tutorials you need to install bioimageit_core. The easiest method is to install BioImageIT from https://bioimageit.github.io/#/install.

Then start jupyter in the BioImageIT environement with the provided script:

/Your/BioImageIT/Install_Directory/jupyter.sh

And open the directory bioimageit_notebooks from the Jupyter interface
