Deal with cases where exposure contains "components" #25

These are imported files. I don't think this requires special handling. I think this should be handled by:

The special handling will be more regarding the metadata parsing/processing of the code. The combine archive should work just the same

  • Clone all submodules
  • Incorporate all cloned files into the COMBINE archive
  • The SED-ML files reference the main CellML files and those files import all of the "component" CellML files
