Remove duplicate entry with location `metadata.rdf` in COMBINE archive for `e/4c8` #36

It sounds like the COMBINE archive was corrupted by appending to it rather than creating it. It sounds like COMBINE archives need to be cleaned up before creating new versions.

This caused by Physiome having a file with the same name metadata.rdf.

Let's skip trying to publish this project until the Physiome team removes the metadata.rdf file from the repository, which isn't intended to be in the repository because its intended to be generated by the Physiome software.
