No Hovering Effects on Nav-bar #16

Hey, there is another issue in Nav-Bar's UI When we hover on "Home", "Repositories", "Shorten", "Admin", there is no effect, it simply just moved to that page

I would like to change that @bishalde

Please assign this issue to me
