Add robot specific walk parameter overrides #490

Summary

TODO from #474 Normally the same parameters for all robots are fine, but if we walk really fast some robot specific tweaks are useful, as the robots are slightly bent/have different backlash. The robots should keep a very similar general config. The only difference will be one or two slightly adjusted params.
