Webstart problem when not connection to internet #11

Hello,

I've a problem when I start my application with the generated webstart if no connection to the internet is available.

I think it's the same problem as described here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/32179129/java-webstart-stops-before-launching-application

When I remove the DTD the start passes. Could the DTD instruction be removed from the generated JNLP?
