To implement Script Explorer, I think that it has to use a Tree View API that provided in the Visual Studio Code Extension API, as follows.

Maybe it is possible to implement the item named Script Section by inheriting the class called vscode.TreeItem and vscode.TreeDataProvider<T> after reading a file named scripts.rvdata2
