added new css sheet for styling to modal. added modal popup coding to html page2 under next button. added email and date of birth to console log in js for page2. if fields are filled will move to page3 upon clicking next, if not modal will be triggered saying "please fill in fields.". added commenting on my code to avoid confusion.
