I think tooltips like: Your browser is being managed by your organization; “Extension requires Container Tabs”; Updates tooltip (which contains in example: “Automatically install updates (recommended)”, or the “Check for updates but let you choose to install them”) or the “You are currently syncing these items:” tooltip.
The solution I'd like
Support for square corners for mentioned tooltips through new proposed about:config item called userChrome.rounding.square_tooltip.
