Photon tab line has changed to a darker color #811

Describe the bug

After Firefox updated to version 119, the color of the tab line on the System theme seems to have changed to a strange dark cyan. The dedicated Light and Dark themes DO NOT appear to be affected, nor do any custom themes.

Expected behavior

I expected this color to remain the same light blue color as before.

I've experienced this as well. My theme is set to follow the system, and the dividers in contextual menus and the hamburger menu have also darkened.

Now, this issue fixed with v8.5.0. Let me know if it doesn't work.

I'm realizing now that the color of the tab line was actually set to use the accent color (on Windows), which differs from the previous behavior where it was always the same blue color regardless of what the accent was. I'm not personally against this but maybe it could be an option to keep it blue as before.

Yeah, it seems the color was just overridden because the dividers in context menus have still been dimmed. Pre-119 those dividers were more visible. I would love to know what the root cause of this issue is.
