URL to Photon in readme is redirected to a different page

Describe the bug

In the introduction section of readme, the following links are presented:

[Proton](https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/Proton) is Firefox’s new design, starting from Firefox 89.
[Photon](https://design.firefox.com/photon/) is the old design of Firefox which was used until version 88.

The link pointing to the Photon design is redirecting to the latest design system, Acorn (https://acorn.firefox.com/latest).

Expected behavior

The URL should point to the (now retired) design Photon, as the link label says.

The equivalent page (found via Webback Machine). The old banner said:

Photon has been retired since our 2021 design refresh release. This site is no longer maintained and will no longer be updated. A new site for the Firefox design system will replace this in the future.

Seemingly, the old page is now located at: https://firefoxux.github.io/photon/introduction/getting-started.html. I suggest changing the readme to point there.
