Is your feature request related to a problem?

Four items in "Translate this page?" under the gear menu don't have icons.

These items are:

Always offer to translate,
Always translate (language),
Never translate (language),
Never translate this page.

The solution I'd like

Add appropriate icons to these mentioned items.
