Enhancement: filedownload raise filesystem events #1433

As mentioned in https://github.com/blacklanternsecurity/bbot/discussions/717#discussioncomment-9625598 filedownload should be raising FILESYSTEM events.

As these are now getting raised as FILESYSTEM events this means they will get searched for secrets by trufflehog 🙌
