Show eth transaction cost #392

Better late than never! This PR refactors the transaction cost calculations, making it easier to extract different values and show the user transaction costs both in Eth and their primary currency.

Probably needs a good look-through or testing, but in my tests it is looking good!

I updated the bold settlement amount to show in settlement currency, smaller text shows in primary currency. Screenshots: https://blockmason.atlassian.net/browse/LNDR-74
