Tiled is currently releasing v0.1.0aX tags. We should not tag databroker v2.0.0 until we have tiled `v0.1.0b1'.

I have relaxed this a bit from "wait for Tiled v0.1.0" to "wait for transition from alpha to beta" which Tiled has now reached.
