Retire databroker.experimental. #772

This removes the databroker.experimental package and associated tests.

Why? This exploratory work has been absorbed upstream into Tiled core, in a modified form.

Why now? As part of that upstream work, some Tiled APIs have changed in backward-incompatible ways, such that this code no longer works against the latest version of Tiled.
