Unable to view evidence once uploaded in a control. #130

Hi @bmarsh9 , I am encountering a bug where I can't see the evidence I have submitted to the control. Gapps is adding some text in the file name and when I try to open it, it just shows a not found kind of image.

I uploaded a pdf file in the evidence in a ISO27001 framework control.

Attaching relevant screenshots for the same.
Anyone else having the same issue? did you find a solution? or this is a bug in the gapps?

Evidence saved prefix in name when opened sample.pdf
