Feature: Title, Subtitle abstraction from content #35

Consider creating a process to read Title, Subtitle, and other metadata right from Markdown.

Possible implementation:

During convert process (Markdown -> HTML), look for specially-formatted tags at TOP of document (MUST be first lines in document)
Extract that content and place in JSON body response (Title, Subtitle fields)
Remove tagged content from document, then run usual Markdown->HTML conversion
