Remove motor speed and angular speed from DeadReconning/Odometry #14

This needs:

[x] reprocess recorded binary communication
[x] rework DeadReconning/Odometry packets
[x] rework ev3dead-reconning/ev3odometry packets

Doing it in this order will allow testing on the way. I am not even using this data anymore so there is little reason to keep it in a packet structure.
