QuickEdit should show all meeting data from BMLT #13

The quick edit window isn't showing all of the data from the BMLT. Specifically, the formats, and the additional comments that the submitter fills out.

Well, the additional comments the submitter adds to the change form isn't from the BMLT, but maybe should be displayed on the Quick Edit form. I expect the Quick Edit to show me everything related to the form that was filled out... the BMLT data, the changes (I like that the changes from pre-existing data is highlighted in Quick Edit window), and the additional comments.
