include "reply to" for relevant service body/trusted servant emails in notification email #35

It helps so that if the submitter wants to add additional detail or reply they can simply reply and it goes to the right people.

i'd like to try and keep this within the plugin if possible rather than go back out to email threads. would it suit if we provided a link back to the plugin (that can expire after the submission is approved) to add more correspondence to an existing submission?

this way any responses can go back into the approval queue and be actioned by anyone with access to the approval queue.
