We currently have an option for 'other' request (as opposed to new, close or change).

There is no such thing as a default service body, so there is no way to determine which queue actions a request like this.

Some options are to create an option for a default queue (ie send all 'other' requests to service body X), or to just remove the change type entirely and ask people to email a generic email address. It seems the latter is the best option as regardless of where we send it there is no way to do anything with the submission in an automatic fashion.

Open to suggestions.
