Ditch DuckDB Support #168

It would be easier to support only one implementation, and I think Polars made some great progress. Also, community support is way better at Polars.

Ok,but would wait to see if polars works good for some time in production.

For DuckDB I expect the next release to improve Azure Story a lot. So maybe wait also for that one
