Include installer with lancache #9

Thoughts on including the installer script with "lancache" and getting rid of this repo? We'll have to rework a few things in the installer script to do so.

I have thought of it; but seems a hassle as here they can create issues seperately from the main repo and is also easier to do pull merges and sorts... only needs minor linking but other then that its tidy :-)
