I want to read up on this a little more to get a better idea of what products it might be integrated with, but these definitely look like nice additions to the block lists.

For now, I've decided to block highlight.run in all relevant lists (coming shortly), as that seems to be the primary telemetry endpoint in their documentation. The other domain is blocked in my ABP/uBO lists when it is serving content as a third party. I may just block both completely in the near future, but I still don't have a complete grasp on just how many projects this is integrated with, and whether or not there may be unwanted side-effects.
