Hi, blocking this domain seems to prevent logins from PayPal mobile app.

That's probably an entry from a more aggressive hosts list I use as a default source. Will look into this today, and probably add that entry to the exclusion list. I may also move away from the source which likely introduced this, and replace it with a list derived from AdGuard or EasyList.
