Blocking this domain broke checking for Windows Updates on Windows 10 for me.

I'll look into whitelisting this. It's not preventing Windows Update functionality on my Win 7 and 8.1 installs, which is curious.

Updated my anti-telemetry lists and excluded the aforementioned domain, along with one other that - after some research - appears to be superfluous right now. Closing the issue, but please do let me know if you have any similar hiccups on Windows 10, as I only have regular access to 8.1 and 7.
